instructions
basically the only instructions are to put all the ingredients on a bowl/plate, but below I have some instructions on how I made homemade crab mix, marinated shrimp, and shoyu sauce :)
to make crab mix:
Use two forks to shred 1/2 cup imitation crab meat. Add 1 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp cream cheese, and mix until thoroughly combined. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper. Add sriracha to make it spicy crab mix.
to cook shrimp:
Combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a bowl. Add desired amount of shrimp and coat in the sauce. You don't need to marinate it for an extended amount of time before cooking, but you can if you'd like.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle with some oil. Once the pan is hot, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and curled up. (the shrimp should sizzle once it hits the pan)
to make shoyu sauce:
combine 1 part soy sauce, 1 part mirin, 1/4 part sesame oil, and honey/brown sugar to taste (if you'd like a sweeter sauce)
once you assemble your poke bowl, drizzle some shoyu sauce on top to finish it off !
